Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
The Ketodiet.center editorial team ("we," "us," "our") operates Ketodiet.center (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our privacy contact is The Ketodiet.center editorial team at contact.info@ketodiet.center.
1. Health information you enter in our tools
Our calculators and the "My Plan" questionnaire run in your browser. The answers you enter, such as age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, and health screening answers, are used to compute your results on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers. If we offer a "remember my answers" option, it stores them only in your own browser storage when you choose it, and you can clear them at any time. We do not sell or share these answers.
2. Information we collect

You can accept, reject, or change your choices in the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and you can block cookies in your browser. Third-party videos or embeds we may add load only after your consent.
4. How we use information
To operate and improve the Site; to send newsletters (you can unsubscribe at any time); to review and publish submissions; to respond to messages; to protect the Site; and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use health answers for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, anti-spam) under appropriate commitments, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Your information may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States and Canada.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages and submissions are kept as long as reasonably necessary.

We do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, email contact.info@ketodiet.center. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local privacy authority.
