Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and black pepper, to taste
