Ingredients

  • 2 cups green olives, drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp chopped preserved lemon rind
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Steps
