Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter, cold and cubed
- 4 oz sliced cheddar
- 8 leaves butter lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- ¼ cup dill pickle slices
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and black pepper, to taste
