Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
