Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
  • ½ tsp salt
