Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
