Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated erythritol
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Always check labels of packaged products if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Steps
- 1
Heat a waffle iron. Blend or whisk all the ingredients until smooth and let the batter rest for 3 minutes.
- 2
Grease the iron and pour in enough batter to fill it, using about 1/2 cup per waffle.
- 3
Cook until golden and crisp, following your waffle iron's instructions.
- 4
Cool 1 minute on a rack before serving so the waffles crisp up.
Tips
- Almond flour batter is thicker than wheat batter. Spread it evenly in the iron.
- Freeze extra waffles and reheat in a toaster.
