Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 large eggs
- 3 oz diced deli ham (no added sugar)
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- salt and black pepper, to taste

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in half the eggs and let the edges set, pushing them gently toward the center.
