Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
