Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ¼ lb peeled large shrimp
- 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- salt and black pepper, to taste
