Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 2 sliced scallions
  • 8 leaves butter lettuce
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
