Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 oz fresh baby spinach
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup whole-milk ricotta
- 6 oz crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- salt and black pepper, to taste

Heat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Cook the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Add the spinach in batches until wilted, then squeeze out excess liquid.

Whisk the eggs with the ricotta, feta, dill, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir in the spinach.

Pour into the pie plate and bake until set and lightly golden.
