Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- 5 oz fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 4 oz crumbled feta
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 sliced scallions
- 1 tbsp butter, for greasing the pan
- salt and black pepper, to taste
