Ingredients
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 sliced scallions
- 2 tbsp tamari (use gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork until cooked through.
