Ingredients
- 1 ¼ lb ground lamb
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¾ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 oz chopped romaine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
- 2 oz crumbled feta
- ¼ cup sliced Kalamata olives
- salt and black pepper, to taste

Tips
- Squeeze the cucumber well so the tzatziki stays thick.
