  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
