- 10 oz chopped romaine
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 medium ripe avocados, diced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
