Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken thigh
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
