Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp dried sage
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 6 large eggs
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 medium ripe avocados, sliced
- salt and black pepper, to taste
