Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
