Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb cauliflower florets
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp sliced scallions
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
